The National Sleep Council report showed 36 Million Americans report sleep problems. This is often due to job stress, increased workload, and competition. These rest-related problems cost American business $18 billion annually due to lack of productivity.
Rather than give a single tip on stress reduction, below are some "how to" article links to help with particular stress areas at work:

Or to review a single post with activities to promote stress management, go to the post titled Moving stress and frustrations into a positive attitude to figure out what the work-related stressors might be.
Often a work or project team can be feeling stress too. This may be reflected in short tempers and open conflict at team meetings. When this happens, it may be important to take a little time-out from the work meeting to do team stress reduction or just insert some humor into the seriousness of the situation. 8-10 minute ideas for humor or fun include having each team member quickly:

Even if the articles are on a different version of the software than what the organization has, they will provide an idea of a potential search term to use in order to find out how to search for that function in the application's help documentation.
